Brian Finkelstein – Director
Mr. Finkelstein brings with him a large and diverse body of experience within the global financial markets sector. He has previously served as President and CEO of Helix Financial Systems, a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald, where he managed the development of systems that were successfully marketed and sold to major financial institutions. Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director of Global Finance at UBS. While at UBS, he developed the global repo and money market business which became one of the premier financing operations on Wall Street. Mr. Finkelstein’s astute judgement, decisive leadership, and team building skills are recognized for their highly successful bottom line results.
Ben Z. Goldberg – Managing Director
Mr. Goldberg, a 25 year veteran of the insurance industry, has joined the Broad Insurance Group as the leader of its insurance initiative. In 2004, Mr. Goldberg was instrumental in the establishment of Empire Insurance Holdings, LLC, a holding company comprised of insurance agencies. He served as CEO of that organization from 2004-2013. Under his leadership, EIH acquired and integrated numerous additional agencies which, ultimately, grew the company to nearly $7M in annual revenues. Mr. Goldberg’s tenure was highlighted by consistently strong earnings, as a result of improved management, the implementation of cost-effective measures, and enhanced insurance carrier relationships.
Mervyn Klein – Partner
Mr. Klein has built a career on goal-oriented entrepreneurship and fiscally responsible business models. His first venture was the founding of the Read Group in the early 1990’s, which subsequently grew to become one of the premier flooring distributors in the NY Metro area. Mr. Klein then founded LMS Realty. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the development of a number of industrial spaces, including the transformation of the historic American Can Factory into thriving hub for the creative arts. He then moved on to establish Hudson Development LLC, a real estate development company, where he participated in large scale projects such as the Anheuser-Busch New York Distribution Facility and Prada’s North American Distribution Center. Mr. Klein has also served as a technological business consultant with industrial leaders, such as Lucent-Bell Labs.
Daniel Gleich – Partner
Mr. Gleich’s is a serial entrepreneur whose initial venture, at age 14, was the establishment of Creditline, a business designed to help consumers repair their credit ratings. During his college years, he founded Time Equipment Corporation, a supplier of employee attendance products. After graduation, Mr. Gleich served as Managing Director at R.B. Miller & Associates, a broadly-focused real estate group, whose client list included the Museum of Modern Art and the McKesson Corporation. In 1997, Mr. Gleich began his long-standing partnership with Mervyn Klein and, together, they founded Hudson Development LLC, a company specializing in commercial & industrial real estate. Mr. Gleich’s operational abilities and grounded management policies have been extremely instrumental in fostering Hartselle’s continued success.
